Introduction

Standing in its own grounds Ballas Farm Country Guest House, is set in eight and a half acres of beautiful pasture and woodland. There are 4 guest rooms all with en-suite facilities. Two rooms are on the ground floor. An attractive dining room, which will seat 10 people and a lounge with comfortable sofas, 42 inch flat screen TV, with Sky package and a DVD player, is provided for guests and is also on the ground floor. Assisted by family, Liz Hopkins welcomes guests to enjoy, relax and unwind in a newly refurbished farm house in the countryside. The tasty home cooked breakfast sets the morning off to a good start. Ballas Farm is within easy access of the A48 and J37, M4 making Cardiff and Swansea and very accessible for people exploring Wales. Cardiff Millennium Stadium, is approx 25mins drive away.Ballas Farm has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor and Simply the Guest, Top Rated by Laterooms.

Directions

Exit the M4 at J37 and take the A4229 towards Pyle. At the Pyle roundabout take the 3rd exit - A48 to Bridgend. As the A48 crosses above the M4 take the right hand filter lane. Cross the A48 and take the first right. After approximately 400m, take the first right and continue to Ballas Farm

The family room is light airy and spacious. It can be arranged in different ways to cater for families or friends travelling together. The room could have a super king bed plus 1 or 2 single (3 foot) beds plus a cot. Or 3 or 4 single beds The beds are extremely comfortable and have leather headboards, carpet to the floor. Lovely views to woodland , pony paddock and Welsh mountains, WiFi access. The en-suite is large and very modern with a victorian roll top bath, separate shower, wc. and heated towel rail. tiled walls and floors.
