Terms & Conditions
Smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors at Ballas Farm. Smoking or using illegal substances is banned anywhere on the property or grounds of Ballas Farm.Sorry no pets are allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
No bookings will be accepted if made by anyone or the lead guest under the age of 21.
No stag or hen parties.
Any breakages or damage must be paid for
Please show consideration to other guests who might be staying.
Your attention is particularly drawn to the below terms:
- We reserve the right to terminate any holiday booking without compensation, if the behaviour of any of the persons in your group does or might cause disruption to the other guests.
- We reserve the right to recover any costs , from you or your party, incurred by us as a result of any damage caused by you or your party including any compensation we pay to any other guest because of your behaviour.
- Limitation of Liability.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. If anyone smokes indoors they will incur minimum fine of £100 plus the cost of the room for the following evening.
We will not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party ,unless death or personal injury is caused by our negligence or those acting within the course of their employment and within the scope of their authority.
We do not accept loss of, or damage to your possessions or vehicles while at Ballas Farm.
The stable yard and paddocks are strictly Private and out of bounds.
Please do not feed any of the animals.
